I understand that the total in my cart is a deposit reserving the right to a share of beef. The deposit will be applied to the total balance due once the actual hanging weight is received from processor.

I understand that the deposit is non-refundable.

I understand that the balance for my share of the beef after the deposit is applied will be due once the cattle are harvested and the processor gives me my share of the hanging weight.

I understand that this balance must be paid to Bryan Cattle Co. within 7 days of receiving the actual balance due.

I understand that I’m responsible for picking up my share of beef from the processor.

I understand that if I fail to meet any of these requirements that i will forfeit my deposit and the beef will be sold to another buyer.
